Pros

None. Be very wary of this company. Avoid if you can

Cons

My story. I was hired by curative in March 2022. Initial verbal agreement confirmed and waiting for final written and on boarding to begin before my tentative start date in April. Well this is were curative became shady and untrustworthy. I sent emails roughly once a week to their hr asking for details on final written agreement and documentation for new hires. Email after email excuse by hr.... Waiting for signatures, hr vp not available, working on the written. The last email before my tentative start date was aggressive telling me that I will just have to wait til it's completed. I was ghosted by the poor excuse for a company.

We regret to hear about your experience. As a young company, we are constantly trying to improve and evolve our procedures. We recently implemented management training, as well. When it comes to new jobs and promotions, we consider internal employees first and base it on merit.

Pros

High pay Sometimes paid for food

Cons

— Some incredibly toxic and insecure “VPs” — The CEO is a good guy but also very amateur… No wonder employees from all around the country are complaining about the toxicity — their strategy was to hire people with a good pay and then work them to death while ignoring their concerns because “we are all so busy “ultimately working people to the point where they can no longer do it and just quit. Wonderful strategy! It’s funny to see how this hasn’t changed since when I was there — The core team was together at a previous startup that failed for the same reasons Curative will too — Felt like a bunch of 20smth year olds BayArea clout-chaser playing pretend “save the world” — Unbelievably toxic, had to run away lol
