Pros

they paid very well and always provided lunch. As well as having good benefits.

Cons

It was a toxic environment. Management was poorly unorganized and didn’t do well with communication. Regulations were always changing. Also, not a stable job.

Operating in a pandemic requires quick changes to adapt and we recognize that changes could have been communicated better. We are constantly trying to improve processes and procedures to make sure everyone gets the information they need. Additionally, 2020-2021 has brought unexpected changes to many companies and often required rapid shifts as new guidance is released. Some of it is growing pains, some of it is changes in mandates. We are constantly growing, changing, and adapting to be better.
