      Pros

      Free catered lunches everyday. Easy access to getting tested for COVID and getting vaccinated No certifications or prior experience required to work here.....

      Cons

      Management has no prior experience. Quick to get rid of people with no warning Favoritism among the ranks Employees are terminated every week Management and higher-ups don't have to abide by COVID testing rules Positive tested management still show up to work and suffer no consequences Forget HIPAA because the company will not protect you Rules are constantly changing to benefit/ cover the company's mistakes No trust within the company, always have to watch your back

We recognize that as our company has evolved quickly, our ability to offer management and leadership skill development has not occurred at the same pace. In addition to recent training that was launched over the past couple of months, we will continue to assess what our needs are and address skill gaps accordingly. When it comes to changing rules, it's fair to say that 2020-2021 has brought unexpected changes to many companies and often required rapid shifts as new guidance is released. Some of it is growing pains, some of it is changes in mandates. Curative was founded during the pandemic, and we are constantly growing, changing, and adapting to be better. We never want anyone to experience favoritism. We value every employee and the perspective they bring to Curative. Operating in a pandemic requires quick changes to adapt and we recognize that changes could have been communicated better. We are constantly trying to improve processes and procedures to make sure everyone gets the information they need. Also, we never want you to feel like there aren't opportunities for advancement. We are committed to career growth for all of our Curative employees. As a company that has only been around for 18 months, we are still setting up our processes to allow employees to grow themselves as we continue to grow our business.

      Pros

      None, the company is run by people who have no idea what they are doing. Hired people without CLS licenses

      Cons

      Later off 100s of people without notice and then tried to trick people into coming back so they wouldn’t have to give severance

      Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Every member of the team is valued and the contributions made towards eradicating Covid-19 are greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the pandemic is unpredictable, and we have had to react as new information is released and needs are defined. When reduced hours or layoffs are necessary, we have strived to make the transition as smooth as possible inclusive of extending additional compensation and benefits to those affected, when possible.
