We are constantly trying to improve processes and procedures to make sure everyone gets the information they need. For example, we have a biweekly newsletter to help highlight company changes, as well as an intranet with the latest information. Operating in a pandemic requires quick changes to adapt and we recognize that changes could have been communicated better. We are constantly trying to improve processes and procedures to make sure everyone gets the information they need. Every member of the team is valued and the contributions made towards eradicating Covid-19 are greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the pandemic is unpredictable, and we have had to react as new information is released and needs are defined. When reduced hours or layoffs are necessary, we have strived to make the transition as smooth as possible inclusive of extending additional compensation and benefits to those affected, when possible
