For many of our staff, our fast-paced environment affords the ability to work on many different types of projects while being able to quickly grow and experience new challenges, however, we will also keep in mind the experience you have shared as we continue to grow and evolve.

      Never felt included and disorganized

      Lots of flexibility and competitive salary

      Cons

      Severe disorganization and no desire to improve or be better. Leadership isn’t very open to change, and the turnover rate severely hinders progress. Every day is a fire drill and there’s no end in sight. My boss was also very disrespectful to me as a person and employee, which is a large reason for me leaving.
