Pros

*It’s a pretty good place to get your name out there and get some experience. *The workers have your back and will help you out to the best of their ability. *The Supervisors feel like they are surprisingly more on the side of the workers than management and they’ll work with you. *Ok Pay, could be a lot better. *Long days off if they get fully staffed. *If you like Overtime to get a lot of money then this is a place for you cause its non-stop.

Cons

*OVERTIME! An insane amount of Overtime that will kill your home life to where you’re sleeping through the days/day your off before you have to head back in. *The place is very old and very outdated. *The machinery breaks apart a lot and requires repeated fixes which will slow down production. *The plant is the definition of Anti-Winter because the place is not configured to handle cold weather and it can become stressful. *Unfortunately, you will be overworked with 2-3+ Batchsheets most of the time. *You’ll feel like you’re underpayed for all the stuff you have to do. *The Chemical drums they have stored in warehouses are so clumped up in an area that its extremely difficult to get a pallet with an industrial fork truck. *You’ll feel like if anything goes wrong with the progress of Production, then someone in upper management will believe its the Operators fault. *Also, Morale is not really good because you feel like upper management doesn’t give a crap about you by working you into the ground.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It is always our goal to try to balance the needs of our employees with the sometimes tight deliverables of our customers, and we are sorry to hear this was not your reality. For many of our staff, our fast-paced environment affords the ability to work on many different types of projects while being able to quickly grow and experience new challenges, however, we will also keep in mind the experience you have shared as we continue to grow and evolve. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Pros

Decent wages for the area.

Cons

Make up for wages with massive amounts of forced overtime. Management is disorganized, yet tries to micro manage.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We have heard and heeded your feedback and similar feedback from others. We understand that strong leaders are at the foundation of any successful organization and in an effort to rectify less than positive sentiments, we have taken a heightened focus with leadership development through seminars, focus groups, and training and we will continue to do so moving forward. Thank you, again, for sharing.
