Pros

AMRI is a great company overall. The people there are wonderful and I never had a bad interaction with anyone.

Cons

Wrong people in very senior positions. In my past experiences I have worked with very seasoned, experienced folks in VP and senior VP roles. At AMRI the people holding these positions are much less experienced than in other 1B dollar companies.

Pros

None really...Burlington site is a complete joke...all about the reaching quarterly goals that are never met...employees are frustrated and do not believe in company core values

Cons

everything...potential employees please turn away...AMRI does not treat or recognize talented employees. Extremely high turnover rate...stressed, over worked employees...QA department micro manage mentality
