Pros

Good salary for Albuquerque. You get to work in the pharmaceutical field which is rewarding.

Cons

Site management has not been consistent. There is talk about change, but no strategy imparted so no one knows how they can be a part of the strategy. Firing people and ruling by fear is not leadership.

Pros

Good colleagues. Fast learning pace. Great variety of projects.

Cons

Heavy work load, not enough people. Too many experienced people lost in recent years, the ones left are stretched to the min limit. Too many inexperienced new employees, which are expected to get trained and work at the highest level in a very short time.

Pros

- Good working environment with very friendly colleagues - A very good learning place where you can learn (in-house) almost everything in the laboratory - Benefit is ok

Cons

- No career advancement - Too much of worries among the employee as company has no clear direction (At least the employees are not aware of their direction)
