Thank you for your feedback. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years there have been periods of greater turnover during those transitions. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees. We have made significant progress and continue to input training across our organization for all levels of employees. Thank you, again, for your review.

Pros

Near death experiences, no safety department to worry about, and a worthless union to pay. Don’t have to worry about how to spend your time on your days off, cause you won’t have many.

Cons

The management treats the crew as sub human servants and whipping boys. Forced OT is never ending, with a ridged schedule. Need a day off cause someone died, cool, have an attendance point. Iced in, can’t leave the house? Another point. Management can’t figure out how to take care of their own job? It’s your fault, here’s a written warning.

Thank you for your review. We understand that strong leaders are at the foundation of any successful organization so we take these concerns seriously. In an effort to rectify less than positive sentiments around leadership, we are making investments in leadership development through seminars, focus groups, and training. AMRI has consistently achieved year over year improvement within overall EHS performance reflected by an incident rate that outperforms our peers. It is our sincere goal to prevent similar feelings in the future, and our employee reviews are critical to affecting real change. Thank you, again.

Pros

cGMP team are all incredibly gracious and helpful people. Management is very flexible on time off and work hard to maintain employee work/life balance as best they can. 3 weeks of paid vacation, paid sick time and floating holidays.

Cons

Pay rates are slightly lower than the industry standard.

Thank you for your feedback. It is important to us to hear from all team members, past and present, to implement future change. We try to look at industry standards and cost of living for our employees in relation to other benefits offered by AMRI for team members. We do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us, and bringing your concerns to our attention.
