      Thank you for your feedback. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years there have been periods of greater turnover during those transitions. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees.       Lots of room to grow if you stay because of the high turnover.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, unorganized, overwhelming environment. Lack of teamwork in between departments within the organization.

      AMRI has a legacy of 25-30 years with head quarters in USA, the shared services team in Hyderabad has just started, a huge strategic decision to set up a shared service in Hyderabad, leadership is fantastic and provides all support to the team members, the culture of the organization is great, very friendly and collaborative collegues and leaders. HR Policies are very flexible. This is a great place to showcase the talent, and potential, Leadership has good thoughts on career growth and skill enhancement of the team members. Overall I find AMRI Shared services to be a very good platform for my career and success.
