Pros

many professional, skilled, qualified workers and managers work here

Cons

Too many ambitious, self-serving management that bully employees and have no interest in understanding workers limitations due to not having tools, training, enough staff and they don't support any work-life balance. These same managers regularly tout their leadership as "operational excellence". There are loose reporting structures that lead to little understanding of how much workload is being administered to workers. Politics are heavy with management cliques and most workers struggle to keep up and survive here.
