Pros

Operators and technicians bust their butts.

Cons

Management sucks and doesn't really give a damn. Rarely out on the floor and no real participation in training.

Pros

The people at AMRI are great to work with, the team all have the same drive to ensure we deliver high-quality data.

Cons

The company wants to keep RS I, II and III by giving them three weeks vacation and a comparable salary. After they learned everything, they leave. Seniors continued to train new hires, take more responsibilities, but without recognition.

Pros

Smart people Great co-workers Decent benefits + compensation

Cons

Horrible upper management. Promotions based on who you know, not on merit. They only pretend to listen to their employees & their ideas. Worried only about the bottom line. Very little upward mobility.
