Pros

The people I work with are great, but taken advantage of. Everyone works as a team to meet deadlines and get product out.

Cons

Our building isn't kept in good shape and the equipment is aging. Production workers do not work in safe conditions, but are expected to push themselves beyond what the environment can meet. If OSHA walked in the door they'd probably close the place down. We're given vacation but must use a portion as instructed by management, if you get to use it at all. As employees quit, existing workers have to pick up the slack with no pay increases. Morale is low, pay is low, there are no opportunities for advancement. AMRI isn't a good community partner, at least not at our facility. Really consider your family and life structure before signing on the dotted line.

Pros

There are plenty of opportunities to grow experiences if you are adaptive to changes and self-motivated to learn. The company is expanding.

Cons

Salary is not competitive making it difficult to hire new quality employee and retain current employees. Cost control effort affects negatively on customer experience.

Pros

One of the best reasons to work here is to receive training on different equipment. The benefits are decent as well

Cons

Downside of working is job promotions. If you want to move up to supervisor level it requires a person to kiss butt.
