Pros

Good experience and a paycheck for those who have none.

Cons

Make no mistake, an opportunity here should only be for those who are either unemployed or just starting. Even then, I would exhaust all other possibilities. Once you have a job here, the best thing to do would be to start looking for other opportunities. Unless you are identified as a high performer, your life at this company will be challenging. Read all documents before you sign off on the offer letter. Forget about teamwork! It is basically every man/woman for themselves. They will look at your individual accomplishments only. That time you helped someone fix a column problem or helped to solve a complicated reaction means nothing come evaluation time. Its better to have many easy targets than fewer challenging targets solved because they will equate the number of targets across the board regardless of difficulty. My advice is to stay away unless you have nothing. By then, HR will squeeze you hard and low ball the offer. This is a terrible company to work for.
