Change = opportunity.

Pros

This is a unique company In that it is small enough to allow exposure to a lot areas in the pharmaceutical market but services large enough clients to gain an understanding of the entire market. Many who leave use it as a springboard to these larger companies. Having just been acquired by a public company there appears to be more individual opportunity although the change is somewhat chaotic. The CEO always reminds us that what we do matters.

Cons

Change and a dynamic environment is not for everyone and many do not like this or survive. Senior management needs to be more aligned.
