Pros

Benefits are ok.

Poor moral, long hours. Not appreciated. Lots of turn over. AMRI bought OsoBio in July 2104. Now we are loosing 3 weeks of vacation per year.

Review of AMRI

Pros

This is a place for people who want to be busy. You will learn to multi-task and become efficient and deal with pressure. Most people are pretty nice to work with. There appears to be more companies using outsourcing agencies like AMRI instead of directly hiring, so there could be more job security working here if that trend continues).

Cons

Long hours, lower pay (by about 20%) than other companies. There is also high turnover, especially by lower level employees who are over-worked and underpaid.
