Pros

Cool people and the fact that there is no work and you get paid.

Cons

Quality of life is horrible and you are treated like a slave!!! The site in Burlington has no direction, no clients and I'd be surprised if they will ever have any serious clients considering the quality of the QA Director, not the Site Director. They have a hard time being compliant see the 483 in 2010.

Pros

Experience for the resume. That's about it.

Cons

Poor management. Top Heavy. Little vacation time. Terrible facilities. Low pay. Company pushes employees to work long hours. Micromanagers. Continued exportation of jobs over seas. Very poor benefits package. Employees don't receive incentives or praise when it's due.
