Pros

Too few to mention. If you want to learn how not to manage, apply today.

Cons

Never stop looking over your shoulder. You are expendable and don't expect your length of service or performance will save you once you fall from grace. If you're already there, don't tell them where your going once you escape. HR will call your prospective employer and bad mouth your reputation.

Pros

It was close to where I lived? Nothing much else to say, really. 20 word minimum is required in the review. The Rensselaer plant, itself, will likely stick around for a while via being bought by another company. Otherwise, AMRI's stock is what, $3 as of writing this, and is still dropping.

Cons

Management unresponsive to problems. Many employees report non-responsiveness to issues between co-workers. Many co-workers jump ship early and often after finding a better gig. Too much inter-office/lab drama. Low pay. Correction: VERY low pay. Regeneron and GE pay more. No work-life balance.
