Great Experience, Below Average Pay

Pros

Great role models, interesting work, flexibility, fair treatment, good hours, and management rewards hard work.

Cons

Pay is below average for the area, and this leads to low retention and thus a somewhat chaotic hierarchy.

Good opportunity to learn at a CMO to understand cGMP challenges at a fast pace environment,

Cons

Short staffed always no bonus for below Manager level employees, How does that happen in Biotech/Pharma. High employee turnover, training of employees managed by admins who have no clue about compliance. Every one fights here like cats and dogs. lot of favoritism and workplace politics. Save yourself some pain, not a good company to work for. HR is deadbeat. Directors either get fired or quit, some folks who are working there for long at higher posts don't want to change the culture. Toxic environment.

Leadership does not want to spend money on staff and would rather run with a small team of over worked techs.
