Pros

good luck coming up with some pros for this place

Cons

it has never been an easy place to work, but leadership changes throughout 2020-2021 have made this place a dumpster fire. Avoid it at all costs

Thank you for your feedback. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years, there have been periods of greater turnover during those transitions. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees and we have made significant progress to stay below the national average for turnover in the pharmaceutical industry. We will continue to aim our efforts toward maintaining a lower than industry average attrition rate. Thank you, again, for your review.

Pros

Working with cool chemistry, making unique products, working with some very smart people, people in middle management smart and great to work with

Cons

Local upper management belittles ground floor employees, constant yelling, threats of being replaced, its all your fault even if it happened on a different shift, we are doing it this way because this is how its always been done...
