Pros

A good last resort or stepping stone to another job.

Cons

Extremely poor culture driven by a combination of blame, infighting, and lack of action to address known issues. Inability of the company to get out of its own way is astonishing. Little opportunity for career development, as even when you are given more responsibility, you are not given the resources to succeed. If you do well, don't expect recognition or compensation. You won't get any.
