Pros

There is nothing positive to say about AMRI.

Cons

Cut merit increases for all employees in 2017, while investors turned $100M in profit.

Pros

I was able to survive my tenure at AMRI and learn GMP knowledge

Cons

The AMRI Rensselaer Facility is a dump and should really be condemned for safety purposes, in my opinion. The Company has a very bad culture due to poor Management, tiny raises in pay and cranky old workers, most of which are near retirement. Bad Management is constantly battling with bad Engineers and Technicians are caught up in the middle. Teamwork does not exist and is frowned upon, even among Technicians who are often battling each other.

Pros

Very good stepping stone job in a lot of ways, and the low level management is personable and approachable.

Cons

Work-life balance isn't very good, i.e. long hours are expected, but not very many people aren't salaried.
