      No opportunity for career growth/promotion No support from corporate Money hungry and greedy, spending millions on unnecessary materials but won’t give hard working employees a raise Encourages longer hours to complete tasks instead of providing functioning equipment and necessary materials

      Treated like you are completely replaceable and with absolutely no basic respect as a human being. Head of production will feed you what they think you want to hear just to later not follow through and constantly wak all over you
