Pros

Some people are great to work with.

Cons

If you you're looking for professionalism, stay away from Burlington. It's not about compliance, but how things are done here. They're are also rats who does nothing all they but such up to management hoping to climb that ladder. HR is trash; all he cares about is fun and food and protecting his management team. Definitely not there for the employee. Benefits? They just took away 401k, probably medical is next. Stay away from quality, worst and most unprofessional team ever. HR, just a guy who sits there and points at the phone number on his door when employee complains.
