Pros

it appears that there are very few, if any, positive aspects of the company

Cons

Prioritizing profits over employee well-being, with employees being required to work long hours for extended periods of time. Unfair compensation, with little to no good raises being offered to employees. Outdated equipment making the work more difficult. Taking advantage of loopholes to limit sick time and force employees to take vacation time. A toxic work culture, with reports of discrimination, harassment, and unprofessional behavior. Rampant favoritism and fraternization leading to uneven workloads and unfair training opportunities for new hires. Employees engaging in unproductive activities such as sleeping, using TikTok, or leaving the facility during work hours. Reports of employees playing games during work hours in the production area. Awareness of drug use among employees, with a non-random drug testing process.

Pros

You'll see a lot of interesting chemistry. Coworkers are nice people and good to work with. Lots of responsibility given to starting employees(can be seen as negative)

Cons

Too much work especially for the level of pay. Upper management out of touch with the rank and file.
