Pros

They get food trucks sometimes which is nice. Peer-to-peer nomination which can get you prizes.

Cons

Not good for continuous development. People are promoted based on length of service, not ability to do a job. Management at all levels shows favouritism and pettiness, making the whole atmosphere nasty. Many managers are very moody which makes you feel like you're walking on eggshells. When they have hired thoughtful, good managers, they've left because the atmosphere is so unpleasant. It's exhausting to work here, especially if you have any mental health issues. If you do, you'll have a terrible time. If you don't, you'll stop caring about your job. If you're off ill a small number of times, you have to have meetings with your manager and HR, making it impossible to have any sense of medical privacy if you have a chronic illness (including long COVID). If a batch runs over and you're working on it, you have to stay in until it's done, even though they have three shifts to cover 24 hours. Employees received a real-terms pay-cut when the company was getting record-high profits and telling everyone about it.
