It seems repetitive, many of the same experiments are performed repeatedly

Pros

The people that work here are great. The company acquired us, so there have been some transition issues and growing pains.

Cons

I think that this company should value its scientists and research associates to a higher degree. They aren't the worst, but they could be better.

It's far away from IT company

Pros

On time salary so far.

Cons

Lot of politics in IT team. No growth other than few ppl who impress manager. No work or low work. Boring lectures from management . Stupid hr policies.
