Really flexible scheduling and hours

Cons

I was around for a little over a year and within that time saw almost every other employee leave. Some came and went. They really couldn’t keep anyone. Extreme lack of communication and disorganization. It’s really just a feeder company to get experience before going to a bigger company.

Thank you for your feedback. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years, there have been periods of greater turnover during those transitions. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees and we have made significant progress to stay below the national average for turnover in the pharmaceutical industry. The technicians have a great attitude.

Cons

No/little growth path for long time employees in the quality department. When applying for new positions HR does not notify if you meet qualifications and there is no follow up.
