Pros

Coworkers are great, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Cons

Very demanding job. Below industry standard on salary is causing a lot of people to leave the company. Difficult to get promoted. This is creating a lot of additional stress on the current employees to keep the projects/income moving. Work-life balance depends on your supervisor.

Pros

Small site = flexible hours Great co-workers; nearly everyone really has a team minded work ethic

Cons

Constantly feels like they are restructuring workflows. Just when you think management has a plan of action they switch it up on you. Seems like they are trying to make the site more congruent with Corporate and the industry, but it has caused a lot of heartache and stress.
