      Pros

      Curia has grown fast over last few years and will expand again. Great job security, great benefits and people are great. Great opportunities. Very fast paced and constant learning - operating in gold standard of - GMP, Sterile Manufacturing, A Class cleanrooms -

      Cons

      Growing pains and investment in IT/systems is promised. Teams are not aligned as they should be due to working from home. Senior Leaders are trying to increase communication but still have a way to go to have everyone working seamlessly together.

      Thank you for your experience. As an organization that has been built through many acquisitions over the years there have been periods of greater turnover during those transitions. As a result, we have put a keen focus on this metric and the engagement and growth of our employees and we have made significant progress to stay below the national average for turnover in the pharmaceutical industry. We will continue to aim our efforts toward maintaining a lower than industry average attrition rate. Thank you, again, for your review.
