I honestly can't think of anything positve to say. It's such a misserable experience working here, you're more likely to go insane than last for more than a year.

Cons

I don't know how anyone could last here for a signifant length of time with how stressful the workloads can be. The company's poor management of employees resulted in people working multiple roles, and constant time wasting due to awful communication of information.

Group outings and free lunches. Hybrid model.

Cons

They preach love and fun, but it's a toxic environment full of stress and negativity. Leadership does not value their employees, and talks poorly about them behind their backs in large group settings. Employee reviews are often not truthful and a good raise is unheard of. Not competitive at all in terms of salary. Leadership team is constantly back and forth about their wants and expectations. They don't have a solid plan and are struggling to adjust to the changing industry. No diversity and even less growth opportunity.
