Pros

2020 was a year of uncertainties. I appreciate how the year ended up for FLMH. I appreciate the increased benefits. I appreciate their transparency. I appreciate my colleagues.

Cons

More career planning is needed to support employees.

Pros

Great clients, great functional (creative, PR, digital, media, etc.) teammates, great support in the trenches.

Cons

Nepotism hires and let-gos, gate-keeping account service members focused on saying "YES" to every client request, leadership talking out of both sides of their mouths, and "transparency" used to describe a smoke-and-mirrors show financially.
