Co workers are good people. There are no other positive aspects.

Cons

Low wages. Low morale. No raises. New company just purchased PART of the company. NO ONE THERE BUT THE PRES N her hubby (that's a joke....wow) think the company is going to Larry more than a year. Run away from the pain.

Great co-workers and first level management. Average salaries and benefits. Good discounts on merchandise.

Cons

Ancient computer systems. Different software programs used for different departments resulting in poor data management and reporting, and excessive errors. Upper and executive management seem to have no direction or are just unable to effectively communication their vision. Lots of layoffs over the years, leaving existing employees with an overwhelming volume of work. Little to no employee recognition.
