Pros
Location is great for families in the South shore area.
Cons
Bad management, no room for professional development, my manager liked to micromanage everyone. No flexibility of working from home. Projected enrollment is low and going to be low for years to come. There is no diversity here, very few people of color work here. HR staff need to listen to the voices of their employees and have a place where staff and faculty can give feedback on senior staff. The senior staff in my department was a complete bully, verbally abusive and dramatic.
