A culture of cruelty and sabotage. Many rules that give bullies and bigots on faculty an untenable amount of power to wreck havoc on those trying to work and up lift students.

Nice campus. Excellent lunch at a very good cost at the Student Center.

Cons

The President! He's a micromanaging bully! The so-called "senior leadership", all stand in line to genuflect and kiss his ring. He's not about the students, faculty or staff he's about his power and impressing the Board of Trustees and local politicians. Many call it Quigley College because everyone sits on their hands waiting for his OK on everything including the most trivial matters. The college has lost 100's of good employees over the years entirely because of him and everybody (HR) knows it.
