Students are great, the rest leaves a lot to be desired

Pros

Students are positive and excited about education. Some staff members are helpful. A few faculty members are very down-to-earth and nice to work with. They are decent about approving time off requests when enough notice is given.

Cons

Faculty run the school. Even if a faculty member is negative/harassing/unprofessional to other workers, Curry & their HR department allows it. You almost always work free overtime to get everything done because they don't employ enough staff.
