      Great boss and supervisor. Four tens and three days off together.

      Cons

      Small staff might have to work all shifts to provide lab coverage for the hospital. Tough financial situation.

      None come to mind. Pay is not bad. A fair amount of nice people in the area.

      Cons

      Very poorly managed organization. Goal and mission are unclear and do not match mission statement. Appears that there are only a few people who appear to be benefitting from the current and ongoing situation. This likely is administration as no one else seems to be able to keep a job here or are happy with their jobs.
