Cons

Promotions are not based on merit, but who you are connected to. Operation slightly operated like a small franchise rather than a large company. Different business units have absolutely not insight of shared work. It's almost as if you are competing against your own company internally.

Corporate and upper level management don't understand what we make and assign unrealistic goals. Benefits have been cut in the past.
