Good when it started, quickly went down hill

Pros

Initially I had a good supervisor who really looked out for the success of his employees. Everyone in the department really rolled their sleeves up and got work done during close cycles. Pay was decent. Benefits were really good, they had pension benefits, schedule was flexible. Not much traffic to get to the office, guess it depends where your coming from. Got along really well with my colleagues.

Cons

Location was a dump, no restaurants close by and all sorts of bad activities going on, drugs, hookers, etc. Started out well but then about a year into 10 months into it, corporate management came in and started making many changes without fully understanding the processes to begin with.

Cons

"Need to know" work culture makes it difficult for employees to know how and why they're valued. Sink or swim. Advancement may be slow.

Cons

Management bonus driven at the detriment of employees. Won't give you a raised to save money so there bonus is good. Also won't buy parts ect to save money
