Pros

Slow project based business that allows for a severe amount of innefficiencies, especially on the shop floor work enter environment

Cons

Everyone thinks they know what they are doing, but in reality they have no clue what they are doing. There is also a severe lack of managing poor performing and negative influential employees

Pros

Super friendly people. Genuine focus on customer satisfaction. Flexible work conditions. Impressive portfolio of large customers in nuclear power industry. Genuine culture of safety first and continuous improvement.

Cons

Large company, but organized as many small units that are not well integrated, highly silo'ed. Found it difficult to leverage enterprise-wide functions for a specific unit's product line. Limited (though improving) software product expertise.
