Pros

The employees are friendly and enjoyable to work with. The office space provides all the comforts one would want in a workplace - modern offices/workstations, updated technology, clean kitchens/bathrooms, common spaces for employees to socialize. There is also a social committee that organizes fun events for the employees both on and off site.

Cons

The company is in the midst of some leadership changes and cost cutting is the number one priority.

Pros

Good place to gain understanding of the commercial nuclear industry.

Cons

Unless you plan on staying in the nuclear industry, many of the skills you learn are not very applicable elsewhere.
