If you are a total brown nose, yes - man this is the place for you. Do not dare to have an opinion of your own. You are a sheep, lead by sheep.

Cons

No personal advancement. Stay in your box and do the same thing day in and day out but do not dare to speak up or question anything. Middle management does not have a backbone or desire to see people succeed.
