Good People to work with, important work done. Decent Benefits, Flexible hours, good salary and raises. Easy to get along with colleagues and worked with people with a great personality. A lot of paid holidays and occasion opportunity to work from home.

Cons

Not very dynamic as a job. Did not offer a lot of training. Did not have much involvement in decision making for the IT department. Most things were controlled too high up with little knowledge of local situations. Very political. A lot of gossip and back stabbing about employees.
