      No growth opportunity, good people all around, bad management

      Pros

      Friendly people, at least for the ones I worked with. flexible work schedule, can come in as early as 7 leave as early as 3:30 free coffee. pays well.

      Cons

      required overtime, schedule slip as always, many people don't know what they are doing, (lack of leadership) No growth opportunity

      Everyone in the office is really close and very nice. Shop operators are very easy to talk to.

      Cons

      Does not compensate very well for internships.
