Minimal micro management. Flexible sick time.

Cons

Less than competitive pay. Minimal vacation. Benefits are worse for those working for a company inherited by Curtiss-Wright than those who work for Curtiss-Wright corporate.

Cons

Former CEO, Marty Benante, was a toxic leader. The new CEO Dave Adams is a good guy and should be able to rebuild the culture and repair the damage done by Benante.
