      Innovative, design test fixture ability . Manage work load and meeting dead line . Test specification and acceptance test documents clearly written and precise . Fault analysis report and Access database management . Good team work with software and hardware design engineers .

      inflexible working hour . Rigid management without reasonable logic . No training or seminar for career advancement . No team work among employees . Avoid hardworking . Stay in comfort zone .

      Pros

      It use to be about being right and making the customer happy. A lot of skilled employees. In certain areas, you are figuring out the problems and aiding customers.

      Cons

      Management is purely reactionary, organization is run by accountants that dont understand business unit function. Skilled employees are worked 7 days a week, lazy and unqualified employees skate by.
