      Interesting company, products, and industry, continuing to grow and evolve after numerous acquisitions over past decade.

      Pros

      Small-company atmosphere with lots of flexibility, freedom, and autonomy in work tasks; attitude at operations facility level of willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done and satisfy the customer. Lots of great people committed to doing a great job and helping out across departmental lines.

      Cons

      Con of a small-company environment: opportunities for advancement beyond 1st-line management comparatively few and far between. Some upper management isolation and apparent lack of understanding of actual working-level operations i.e. what it takes (and what the challenges are) to get the job done on a recurring basis. Integration of acquired businesses relatively immature to date -- more 'silos' than integrated business units.

      Pros

      the people are great to work with (mid management and below). overall a good place to work.

      Cons

      for people on office hours there is not enough offered for work/life balancing. there used to be a 9-80 schedule worked, but it was stopped.

      The products are Interesting and the worker try to overcome the management short coming by working harder and longer.

      Cons

      Management lacks accountability, which permeates to the lower management and employees. The company has many silos between departments and within departments.
