Pros

Stellar benefits and a good PTO policy make it an easy place to work despite what might be considered below market rate for this type of job.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are not always clearly outlined

Pros

It really is a great product and genuinely believe all dental practices should take a look at the software!

Cons

Communication is nearly nonexistent, leaving employees feeling lost and unsupported. The pay is low, which directly impacts morale and contributes to the high turnover rate. There is no HR support in the Atlanta office and no formal onboarding process—new hires are left to navigate everything on their own. Nepotism is evident, and internal advancement opportunities often feel like empty promises. While performance is said to drive promotion, external candidates are routinely hired over qualified internal staff. The role is advertised as hybrid, but at times, employees were expected to work in-office five days a week if they didn’t meet performance metrics—undermining the flexibility originally offered.
