      The people here are incredible. Talented, great teammates, loyal, and fun to work with. Leadership is completely committed to and working hard to continue to make this an increasingly better place to work. It's a place where if you're committed to the cause of working hard to serve the customers and be a good team member, you can definitely be successful, grow in your skills, and be very happy here. The people posting negative reviews here are probably not committed to the cause. This is a great company that cares about their people.

      Most employees of Custom Computer Specialists are obviously stressed and also unmotivated. Most of us here are underpaid, considering the brutal work hours and heavy workloads that we're given. The pay itself is not too far below the industry average. But the amounts of workload and responsibility are just insane and unreasonable.
