      My coworkers worked hard to keep things afloat despite the constant confusion.

      Cons

      - Information arrived in fragments that made it impossible to see the full picture. - Deadlines shifted without warning - Updates often clashed with earlier instructions - Employees were left guessing what actually mattered because direction varied across departments - Even simple tasks became frustrating puzzles with unclear steps

      Pros

      I absolutely love it here. Though I just started, I have nothing but positive things to say about CCS. I felt right at home on my very first day thanks to all the kind people that work here. The organization is growing rapidly and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. I love the fact that there are clear pathways for growth in place for alot of the roles and leadership is never too far out of reach.

      Pros

      They say they have 400+ technology experts, holding advanced certifications and embracing forward-thinking perspectives, who help in delivering cutting-edge solutions.

      Cons

      These awful people have no clue how to pay people well. Most employees were stressed, exhausted, and underpaid. As they knew their worth, they left quickly, leading to ridiculously high employee turnover. The people in leadership just avoided the issue and never fixed what was wrong.
